Our first fund raising event took place on Saturday 3rd August 2024. One of Ellie’s passions was cooking and baking and what a fitting event to pre-launch The Ellie Mawdsley Foundation. The Fine dining 8 course taster menu was a great success with Chef Adam Whittaker and his team serving a divine menu.
